Founding centres 2 places First round: 17 October

Your centre.
Your first
assistant demo.

Choose one patient follow-up task. We’ll build a personalised demo around your process — so your team can see what it could look like in practice.

Accepted centres receive the prototype free, without a purchase obligation.

Hi Maria. Have you completed the tests your team requested?

I had the blood test, but not the ECG. I’m not sure where to go.

I’ll flag the missing ECG and your question to the pre-op team.

Built around your process

A real task.
A useful first version.

A preparation step patients miss. A recovery question that needs an owner. You choose the task; we agree on what the demo should show.

The first step is a prototype.
It uses fictional patients. Live EHR integration and deployment with real patients are outside this free demo.
01

Your protocol shapes the conversation.

The questions, approved information and timing are adapted to the workflow agreed with your team.

02

The handoff has a named owner.

See how the conversation could become a staff task with context, a responsible person and a next action.

03

Your team sees it before deciding.

Review the agreed demo and keep the walkthrough and workflow outline. Any live implementation is a separate decision.

Your team shapes it. We build it.

A clear commitment.
A small ask.

60

minutes of meetings.
30 to brief us. 30 to review.

  • THE SCOPE

    Agreed before we start.

One workflow, a written scope and a delivery date. You know what the first version is meant to demonstrate.

  • THE DELIVERY PROMISE

We correct what misses the scope.

If the prototype misses the agreed scope, we correct it at no charge. The commitment covers the agreed demo.

  • YOUR CHOICE

    Keep the work. Decide freely.

Participation does not require a purchase or start a subscription. The briefing and review are the only meetings required to receive the agreed demo.

Your next step

Tell us about
one task.

You don’t need purchasing authority to express interest. Just a centre, a workflow and someone willing to help us understand it.

  1. 01
    Describe the task.

Your centre, country, current software and work email. Not sure about the software? That’s fine.

  2. 02
    We check the fit together.

We select two centres and agree on the scope without requesting patient data or access to your systems.

  3. 03
    Review your personalised demo.

Accepted centres receive the agreed prototype at no charge. Then decide with your team whether to go further.

Before you take the next step

A few useful
answers.

What does the demo cost?

The agreed first prototype costs $0 for the two accepted founding centres. Any live implementation has a separate scope and price, agreed before you commit. No subscription starts automatically.

What do you need from our team?

One 30-minute briefing and one 30-minute review. Your team helps define the workflow and reviews the demo. No extra meeting is required to receive the agreed version.

Will it connect to our EHR or use real patients?

The free demo uses fictional patients and excludes live EHR integration and patient deployment. Compatibility, clinical approval and data requirements would be assessed separately before any live implementation.

What if the first version doesn’t match what we agreed?

We confirm scope and delivery date in writing. If the prototype misses that scope, we correct it at no charge. This covers the agreed demo, rather than clinical outcomes or cost savings.

One workflow is enough to start
