# Everything we can take off your operation.

This isn't a menu and you don't pick from it. The diagnostic decides what gets built — most engagements touch three or four of these. It's here so you can see the range, not so you can choose.

## Follow-up that doesn't depend on anyone's memory

Leads arrive from six places and then sit. This catches all of them, sorts them, and runs the sequence that was always supposed to happen.

## Signed to fully set up, with nothing in between

The gap between "yes" and "started" is where clients get nervous and teams lose hours. We compress it into a sequence that runs itself.

The cheapest lever on local demand, and almost nobody works it — because asking is awkward and remembering is hard. This removes both.

## Work that moves without you pushing it

If nothing progresses until you check in or approve, you are the system. This replaces that with routing rules and escalation paths.

Most businesses don't need new software. They need the software they already pay for to stop being five islands a human has to row between.

And the rest

## The third that doesn't look like any of these.

Roughly a third of what we build doesn't fit these six shapes — because the map didn't say to build it that way. Recent ones:

- A **pricing approval chain** that took four days and three reminders to clear one quote.

- A **handoff between two departments** that had never agreed on who owned the client after signature.

- A **weekly report** that ate one person's entire Monday morning, every Monday, for two years.

The six above are the shapes the work repeats in. They're not the edges of what we do — and you don't have to find yours on the list for us to be useful.

**Implementation starts at $2,000** — fixed price, scoped in writing after the diagnostic. [See what the manual version is costing you →](https://synerasystems.cloud/cost)

Straight answer

## What we won't do

Four things Synera will not do, said up front to save us both a call: automate a broken process, resell you software or take vendor commissions, hand over a black box you cannot open, or take a project whose volume does not justify the build. If the process needs fixing before anything gets automated, we say so on the call.

**Automate a broken process**Automating a bad workflow just makes it fail faster. If the process needs fixing first, we say so on the call.

**Sell you software**We don't resell tools and take no commissions. If what you have works, we build around it.

**Hand you a black box**Every system ships documented, in your accounts, under your credentials.

**Take a project we can't win**If your volume doesn't justify the build, the honest answer is "not yet" — and you'll get it.

Next step

## You don't have to know which one.

Not knowing which system you need is the entire point of the free review. You describe the symptom — the thing that keeps going wrong — and we name the cause. Thirty minutes, and you leave knowing what to fix first, whether or not it's on this page.
