# Nobody wrote down how your business actually works.

**That's where the money goes.** We map how your operation really runs, redesign the parts where work leaks, and build the systems that hold the new process — in that order.

What we actually do

## Diagnose. Redesign. Then build.

Three stages, in that order. Skipping the first two is the reason most automation projects quietly stop working within a quarter.

01 · Diagnose

### Operations diagnostic

We walk the real workflow end to end — including the workaround everybody uses and nobody wrote down. You get the map of your operation and a ranked list of where the hours go.

Week 1 · yours to keep either way

*02*No owner on new enquiries**4.0 hrs**

*03*Follow-up depends on memory**2.0 hrs**

Total, per week**11.5 hrs**

02 · Redesign

### Process redesign & standards

How the business should run: the flow, the decision rules, and whose name is on each handoff. Written down, agreed with your team, and still completely independent of any tool.

Week 2 · no tools chosen yet

Process standards · v1 Deliverable 02

Every enquiry gets **an owner**, by name, in 15 min.

IF after 6 PM → offer slots, never a callback.

IF pricing question → **never guess**. Escalate.

Proposals assemble from the library, not from blank.

IF no reply in 48 hrs → second touch, other channel.

03 · Build

### Systems implementation

Whatever the map says needs building — no two look alike, and there's no catalogue to pick from. Built and running in your accounts, documented branch by branch, monitored after handover, and yours outright.

From $2,000 · live in weeks 4–6

Written documentation for **every branch**

$27,300

a year, at 15 hrs/week

That's what an undefined process costs once you price the hours honestly — before counting the work that dies in the handoffs.

Run your own numbers

Three maps, three different answers

## What came out of three different diagnostics.

None of this was picked off a menu — there isn't one. Each of these is what that specific business's map said needed building, which is why no two engagements produce the same thing. Yours will look different.

### Asking for the review became part of the process

The redesign put the request two hours after the visit — the window where people actually answer — and gave that step an owner that never forgets. It happens to be software.

### The enquiry nobody caught stopped being lost

"Whoever is free picks it up" was the leak on their map. The new rule: every missed call gets a reply inside a minute, from their number, in their voice. The rule came first; the system just enforces it.

### The standards became something you can measure

Every line in this recap is one of the rules we wrote in week two, reported back automatically. That's the difference between a process document and a process that's actually running.

What gets built is decided by what the map finds — not by a list of things we happen to sell. Sometimes the answer is a system. Sometimes it's a two-page standard and one rule nobody breaks. **If that's what your operation needs, we'll say so and we won't build anything.**

Week 2 → 11:47 PM

## Zoom in on one rule.

Process redesign means writing the decision rule down, in plain language, before any software is chosen. Not a diagram and not a wish — one testable line that says what happens and who owns it. This is a real rule from week two of an engagement, written on paper with no tool selected yet:

Process standards · v1 Rule 02

IF after 6 PM → **offer real slots**. Never promise a callback.

Four weeks later, 11:47 PM

Nobody was awake. Nobody chose a tool when that sentence was written — the tool came last, and it's just the thing that keeps the promise.

How we work

## Strategy first. Tools last.

Four phases, and only the last one involves choosing software. Two thirds of the timeline is the part everyone else skips.

01

### Map

We walk your real workflow end to end. Where work enters, where it stalls, where it disappears — and the workaround nobody wrote down.

Deliverable: **the map + ranked leaks**

Week 1

02

### Redesign

We define how the work should move: the flow, the decision rules, who owns each handoff. Agreed with your team. Still zero tools chosen.

Deliverable: **process standards, v1**

Week 2

03

### Design the system

Now we architect what a machine decides on its own and what still needs a person — including what it must never decide alone.

Deliverable: **the logic, before the software**

Week 3

04

### Build & run

Built, tested on real data, documented, handed over running. Monitored afterwards — if it breaks, we know before you do.

Deliverable: **the system, owned by you**

Before you ask

## The four questions everyone asks.

**Implementation starts at $2,000** and goes up with complexity — a fixed price, quoted in writing before anything begins. The diagnostic and the redesign are inside that number, not billed on top. No packages, no monthly minimum, no hourly meter.

Now the part that actually matters. A typical first map finds around **11 hours a week** leaking. At a loaded $35 an hour that's **$20,000 a year** you're already paying — it just never shows up as a line item, which is exactly why it never gets fixed. A $2,000 build that recovers half of it pays for itself in about **eight weeks**, and then keeps paying every week after that, permanently.

So the real question isn't whether you can afford the build. It's whether you can keep affording the leak. **You'll know the exact number before you commit anything** — the free call ends with a written scope: one number, one timeline, and the honest answer if we don't think it's worth it yet.

Both — and that's the entire point. Consultants hand you a deck and leave before anything changes. Agencies build exactly what you asked for, including the parts that were already broken. We do the diagnosis and the redesign, then we build the thing ourselves, so **there's nobody to blame in the handoff between the two**.

Honestly, no. Every owner names the symptom accurately and the cause almost never. The map takes a week and it's where we find the workaround your team invented three years ago and never told anyone about — the one holding up the step you thought was fine. **Automating a process nobody mapped just makes it fail faster.**

No. We don't resell software and we take no commissions, so we have no reason to replace anything that works. Most of the time the redesign runs on tools you already pay for — you were just using them for something the process never asked of them.

The offer

## Free 30-minute operations review

We walk your actual workflow, name the three places work is leaking, and tell you honestly whether you have a process problem or a systems problem. You keep the notes either way.

We walk your **actual workflow**, step by step

You leave with **the three leaks named** — in writing

If it's a process problem, **we say so**. That's the cheaper fix.

**Zero-risk promise:** if fifteen minutes in it isn't useful, we end the call and you still keep the workflow notes. Your time is the only thing on the line.
