A SAMPLE FROM THE WEBINAR

### Start with one clear job.

“Compare these three articles. Prepare a teaching pack with a comparison table, a five-slide outline and a source list.”

**Your part:** choose the material, define the output, review the result.

## Less guessing. More useful work.

Pick the way of working that fits the job. The guide expands on the three approaches from the webinar.

01

### A better conversation.

Use chat for an answer or a draft. Give the right context, ask useful follow-up questions and check what comes back.

Chat

02

### Hand over the whole job.

Describe a finished deliverable, select the material it can use and set the review criteria. Let the assistant work through the steps.

Cowork

03

### Stop starting the same task.

Define a recurring job, its sources, output and schedule. Run it once, check it, then review each new result.

## A few useful answers.

**Is the guide free?**

Yes. The guide is free. You do not need to book a call or apply for a demo to get it.

**Do I need to be experienced with AI?**

No. Start with the chat examples, then explore cowork or scheduled tasks when they fit your work. You choose the job and check the result.

**Is this the same as the founding-centre demo?**

They are separate. The guide helps you use personal AI in your own work. The founding-centre programme explores one patient follow-up workflow with a selected centre.

**Can I use patient information in the examples?**

Practise with public or fictional information. Any use of real patient information needs your organisation’s approval, appropriate tools and the required data protections.

First your work. Then your patients.

## Want to explore a workflow for your centre?

We’re inviting two founding centres to shape a personalised assistant demo around one agreed task.
