I'm Enrique Lemus. I spent years building automation infrastructure inside large enterprise environments — the kind that isn't allowed to fail. Synera exists to bring that class of system to businesses that were never going to get one.

## Four things I won't compromise on

### Understand the business before the technology

If I can't explain what your operation does in your own words, I have no business automating it. That's why phase one is a conversation, not a tool audit.

### Tell you when the answer is no

Some businesses aren't ready — the volume isn't there, or the process needs fixing before it's worth automating. Saying so costs me a project and saves you a bad one.

### Build things you can own without me

Documented, in your accounts, under your credentials. If we stop working together tomorrow, the system keeps running and your team can still change it.

### Design for the day it breaks

Everything fails eventually. The difference between a good system and a bad one is whether it fails loudly, with an alert, or quietly, for six weeks.

The stack is n8n, GoHighLevel, OpenAI and Claude, Twilio, Airtable, Supabase, Google Workspace, Slack and Teams, Calendly and Notion, plus custom APIs where nothing off the shelf fits. None of it is resold and no commissions are taken, so the tool gets picked last — and it is usually one you already pay for.
